Shipping Policy
When Will My Order Ship?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM (local time) will ship the following business day.
For Expedited or 2-Day Shipping, orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Occasionally, orders are reviewed for consumer protection. This may result in a slight delay in processing. We appreciate your patience.
Note: During busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing due to increased volume.
How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
To view your order status at any time, scroll to the bottom of our website and click “My Account.” From your dashboard, you can:
- View recent orders
- Select the order you wish to track
- Click “Track Your Order” to view shipping progress
