Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return
  • No restocking fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free on most orders (some exclusions apply)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Since we don’t yet have a self-service return portal, we’ll handle things personally and make it easy for you.

Step 1: Email Us

Send a message to support@dinkandbanter.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • A brief note about the reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: We’ll Get Back to You

We’ll respond with next steps, including a free prepaid return label (where eligible).

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Place your item(s) in the original packaging (or something similar), attach the provided label, and drop it off at the carrier indicated in our response.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return guidelines. If approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method or send out your exchange. Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be reflected in your account.
